What is the Wix Premium Plan charge and who pays for it?We like to keep costs as low as possible. Wix charges an annual fee for your premium plan to host your website with unlimited data and access to 24/7 customer care. We'll setup the billing for you directly with Wix, that means you'll pay Wix directly and that in turn means because we're not involved, there's no mark ups and the costs are kept low. Your Glow Up artist will advise which package is most suited to your needs, plans range from £7.50 to £20 per month (billed annually, or monthly for a little extra).

Do you offer wedding or single event websites?Yes, for weddings and one-off events the standard website package is reduced by 50%, that's because there is less for us to do, less pages and less time spent creating your perfect website.

Can I accept payments on my new website?You can accept payments on your website with online bookings, subscriptions, packages, online shopping, hotel reservations, restaurant takeaway ordering and more. If you already have an online payment / card reader with Stripe, Square, Braintree, Klarna, Splitit, Sumup (and more) you can connect these to your new website. If you don't currently accept payments online/ in-store you can get started with Wix Payments which is easy to setup and competitively priced.

Why use Wix?The Wix platform offers excellent design flexibility and powerful features many businesses and entrepreneurs need to run their online businesses. Not sure what type of website you want? We have access to a gigantic library of templates to help get you inspired, we can take one of those templates as a starting point or create something from scratch. Once we've built your website and you've gone live you can keep your website up to date with Wix's easy to use website editor.

Can I edit the website myself once it's gone live or can you maintain the site?Absolutely, the Wix Editor is the platform you will use to edit your website. It is packed full of features to help you create a unique, sophisticated site. There are a variety of ways you can customise and maintain your site, such as adding and customising elements, click and edit text, changing images/ media, and changing colours and text theme. We'll include 30 minutes of training to make sure you're comfortable with how to use the dashboard and website editor. If you'd prefer us to keep your site up to date we are happy to do so for £40 per hour (minimum of 30 minutes required).

How long does it take from consultation to go-live?That is dependant on how quickly you can provide us what we need, once we have everything we need we'll aim to have your website ready for an initial review in 4 weeks and aim to go-live within 8 weeks.

How do I get started?Book in a consultation using the form on our site and one of our Glow Up artists will be in touch, we'll discuss what you need, take a look at some templates and prepare your quote. Once agreed we'll get our invoice/ terms and conditions over and we'll require a 50% deposit before we can get started on your new website.

Where are you based?We're based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire - we love helping local business as it's always nice to meet in person but if you're further afield we're happy to work 100% remotely.
